Syra Parker-Practice Manager

Syra is a qualified dental nurse with many years of experience in several practices. She joined us in 2000 when we moved into the building and as a local girl knows many of our patients personally. Everyone appreciates her bubbly smile.

After 3 1/2 years nursing in the practice , Syra successfuly applied for the post of Practice Manager. Syra is often the initial point of contact for  patients or working behind the scenes in her office. She is responsible for all non-clinical matters including appointments and accounts. Non-clinical compliance is a major area that Syra looks after.

As a forward thinking practice, we welcome all feedback about our service-both in  clinical and non-clinical areas.Syra has responsibility for this feedback. In the event of someone being unhappy with our services, Syra should be contacted in the first instance.

Rachel Williams - Dental Receptionist

Rachel joined us in early 2018.She has had  several roles in service industries before coming to the Albany Dental Centre. She will help greet patients, book appointments and deal with general administrative matters.

Andrada Costache-Registered Dental Nurse. GDC no 275165

Andrada joined our practice in 2015 as a trainee dental nurse and is now qualified and registered with the GDC. She works with Alan and is a great asset to the practice. She often is found helping in reception when not need in the surgery.She is from Roumania and has language skills including Roumanian,Spanish and French  . She would like to expand her knowledge and skills in dentistry to enhance her chosen career. 

Andrada is responsible for clinical compliance issues in the practice.

Doris Ayim - Trainee Dental Nurse

Doris joined our practice in late 2017 as a trainee dental nurse. We hope she will qualify and then register with the GDC in 2019. She has worked in several practices since starting her dental career and now works for us 3 days a week helping Gopika.

Viola Campbell -Registered Dental Nurse. GDC No. 151860

Viola is a qualified dental nurse  with 14 years experience in dentistry. She started working for us in April 2018  working with Gopika. The last 7 years have been spent working alongside consultants and specialist dentists in both hospital and community dentistry settings. Viola helps us on a part-time basis  on Mondays and Tuesdays but there may be other  days that you may see her in the practice.

In her spare time, Viola enjoys family time. She enjoys travelling, new experiences and nature especially being on beaches.
